Watercress Old Fire Soup

Wash watercress.

Peel the horseshoe, peel the carrot and cut into pieces with a hob; remove the pits of the red dates.

Boil water in the pot, take out the keel and rinse it out.

Put the carrots, horseshoes, red dates, ginger, and keel together in a pot, add an appropriate amount of water to a high heat, and then turn to a low heat to boil for 1 hour.

Add watercress in 1 hour.

Add salt to taste when drinking.
