Watercress Pork Bone in Pot

Pat the ginger slices apart, wash the mussels, tangerine peels, and watercress.

Put two or three slices of ginger in a pot under cold water for pork bones and chicken breasts.

Take out the pork bones and chicken breasts, cut the chicken breasts into large pieces, and divide the pork bones.

Put all the ingredients in the soup pot one by one and add purified water.

Turn on the high heat and turn to medium and small heat for 30 minutes, and then cook on low heat for 5-6 hours. Finally, add the right amount of salt.
Tips:
Don't stir the soup pot during the soup. There are many types of watercress soup with different effects. You can match the ingredients according to your needs. I prefer the traditional Cantonese old fire soup.
