Watercress Pork Bone Soup

Prepare the soup

Add water to the pot and boil over high heat, then put the pork bones in high heat and boil for 5 minutes to put the pork bones in water

Wash the hunting bones after the water, remove the old leaves of watercress, and wash 2 candied dates

Put water in the pot and bring it to a boil, add pork bones and candied dates, cover and boil on high heat for 30 minutes

Then put watercress in a boil on high heat and then change to medium heat for 90 minutes

Then add salt to taste and turn off the heat.
