Watercress Pot Chicken Feet Peanut Eyebrow Soup

After buying watercress, rinse it with running water several times and soak it in a little salt for 20 minutes.

Prepare chicken feet, remove nails, peanut eyebrow beans (soak overnight in advance).

Boil the chicken feet in a pot of water and simmer for 3 minutes.

Pick up and rinse.

Take a casserole and put an appropriate amount of water (I put five bowls of water in the pot, so there are four).

Put all the peanuts, black eyebrow peas, chicken feet, and ginger into a casserole and boil on high heat.

Add the soaked watercress and boil again, turn to low heat and cook for 1 hour. Adjust the salt 15 minutes before the soup is ready.
