Watermelon Cup with Seafood Stew

Cut the watermelon in half and dig out the flesh for later use;

Wash the shrimp and cut off the head and tail hard shells, wash the clams, fish balls, fish tofu and crab sticks for later use;

Cut the cauliflower into small pieces for later use;

Pour water in the pot, add fish balls, fish tofu and crab sticks and cook for five minutes;

Add cauliflower and cook;

When the cauliflower seven is ripe, add a few drops of sauce and continue to boil;

Pour in clams and shrimp and cook together;
