Watermelon Toast
1.
Pour all the ingredients except butter, red yeast rice powder, and matcha powder into the chef's machine. Add the butter slowly and knead until a smooth film, but don't touch the gloves, because there is a process of adding powder later, and you need to knead it a few times.
2.
After kneading, proof for 30 minutes
3.
Divide into 3 pieces of dough, 2 pieces of 100 grams, and 1 piece of 290 grams (I have a total of 490 grams of dough, but after I made it, I found that 100 grams of green skin was too thin, and can be added to 150-200 grams of green skin)
4.
Add red yeast rice and matcha into groups, knead well
5.
Put in black currants and roll up
6.
White leather bag red leather
7.
Then wrap it up with green leather
8.
Put it in a toast box, send until 8 minutes full, cover and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes
Tips:
Remember not to knead it completely, otherwise it will be kneaded when adding powder
