I made a corn rub with fruit corn, and it feels good, but the corn rub with a little salt seasoned looks very sweet. I immediately thought of waxy corn, which seems to be much more popular than fruit corn. So it was done again in the same way.
I chose waxy corn that was not particularly tender, and the water that was wiped out was less, so the extra water was naturally unnecessary. Perhaps even whole wheat flour can be omitted, but 2 tablespoons is not much, and it is not enough to make the corn rub too dry. Make it into a small one, which is more convenient to eat.
White waxy corn, without the tender yellowness of fruit corn, has a bit less color. It's not as sweet as fruit corn, and even under the background of salt, it doesn't feel as sweet as fruit corn. But the unique soft and glutinous taste and fragrance of waxy corn also make it unique. . . . "
