Weight Loss Soup

All the ingredients are prepared, the mushrooms are soaked in light salt water for 15-20 minutes and then washed.

Wash the green onion and coriander separately and mince for later use.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and heat it up, add the chopped green onions to explode the aroma.

Pour in the prepared mushrooms and stir-fry evenly.

Tips:
1:: Mushrooms are soaked in light brine to remove pesticide residues on the surface of tomatoes.
2: If there is no coriander at home, you can use leek instead or just leave nothing.
3: Add a few drops of sesame oil into the pot after it is out of the pot, stir evenly with a spoon.
