Western Food---assorted Fried Pasta

Prepare all the ingredients.

Wash and cut fresh shiitake mushrooms, slice carrots, cut green peppers, and chop coriander.

Bring water to a boil and add a little salt to the pasta and cook.

Cool the cooked pasta and set aside.

Stir the scallion, ginger, garlic in a wok until the oil is hot.

Pour in shiitake mushrooms, roast sausage, and carrots and stir-fry evenly.

Add Lee Kum Kee barbecued pork sauce and sugar.

After adding the light soy sauce, stir-fry the pepper evenly.

Add a pinch of salt.

Pour the pasta and stir fry evenly.

Pour the green pepper pieces and stir fry.
12.
Pour in an appropriate amount of sesame oil and stir fry.
13.
Finally, sprinkle with cilantro and stir well and turn off the heat.
Tips:
You can add some salt to the pasta so that the pasta tends to become softer.
