Western-style Dinner Combo-steak, Vegetables, Baked Rice
1.
Heat a wok, add a spoonful of butter, chop a little onion and stir fry.
2.
Then add appropriate white Shimeji mushrooms, green beans, and diced carrots and stir fry.
3.
Pour in cooked rice and stir-fry, add salt and black pepper to taste.
4.
Put the fried rice into a baking tray, and spread cheese slices (cheddar cheese slices or ordinary cheese slices) on the noodles
5.
Bake in the oven at 325 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
6.
Cut the snowflake steak into large slices and marinate in red wine for 15 minutes.
7.
Heat the frying pan, add a small amount of oil, fry the steak until fragrant, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper while frying. It will be out of the pot until both sides are browned.
8.
Stir-fry the broccoli and asparagus to taste with the beef steak. Matched and plated.
Tips:
The original taste of beef is the highest level. Westerners usually only add salt and black pepper when making steak, and the fried steak is very mellow.
