Western Style Red Braised Beef Rice

Cut the beef into thin slices.

Cut carrots, mushrooms, and onions into pieces with a hob.

Stir-fry the onions in a frying pan.

Add beef slices and stir-fry.

Add carrots and mushrooms in turn and sauté.

No ingredients have been added to boiling water.

After boiling, skim off the foam.

Cook for about 10 minutes and add the tomato red sauce (the reference amount is on the top), turn off the heat and wait for the seasoning to melt, and then collect the juice on high heat.

Fill a small bowl with rice upside down on the plate, sprinkle with cooked black sesame seeds.
