Westinghouse Special Offer: Creamy Jam Shortbread
1.
Prepare the required ingredients and soften the butter at room temperature in advance
2.
Add the softened butter to fine sugar and salt, and beat with a whisk until the volume is loose
3.
Add granulated sugar and salt separately, and beat with a whisk until the volume is puffy. Add the whole egg mixture and beat evenly.
4.
Mix the flour and milk powder and sift into the butter paste
5.
Stir evenly with a spatula to completely mix the powder and butter. After turning into a moist batter, divide the batter into small portions by hand and knead it into small balls
6.
Use your fingers to gently press down from the center of the small ball. While pressing the small ball flat, leave a small pit in the center of the small ball. Use a small spoon to put the jam in the small pit (if you want to put more jam, you can press the small pit larger and deeper).
7.
Put the baking tray into the middle layer of a Westinghouse 4001J oven that has been preheated and fired at 180°C. Bake for about 15 minutes until the surface is golden brown.

Tips:
1. When rubbing the batter into small balls with your hands, if the batter sticks to your hands, you can pat dry flour on your hands to prevent sticking.
2. Don't put the jam too full, it will overflow easily when heated.
