Wheat Sweet Pea Salad

Wash cucumbers, small tomatoes, and lettuce, dice, and cut quail eggs into two pieces.

Wash the yellow peas, green peas, and quinoa and soak for 3 hours.

Put the soaked yellow peas, green peas, and quinoa in a pot and cook.

Put the cucumbers, small tomatoes, and diced lettuce in a bowl, and pour in the cooked yellow peas, green peas, quinoa and quail eggs.

Add salad juice, black pepper, and it's ok.
