When Spaghetti Meets Old Godmother
1.
Soak the pasta in warm water in advance, so that it will be easier to soften the pasta, and you can cook the pasta directly if you don’t have enough time.
2.
Put a small spoonful of salt in boiling water and cook the pasta for about 5 minutes. I don’t like it very hard and cook for 7 minutes. The time can be adjusted according to personal preference.
3.
Put the cooked noodles in a bowl
4.
Add sesame oil and mix well
5.
Add soy sauce and half a spoon of chili oil and mix well
6.
Add Laoganma beef sauce, sprinkle chopped green onion and black and white sesame seeds, and you're done!
Tips:
Since the pasta has been cooked with a little salt, soy sauce needs to be fine-tuned according to the amount of noodles when seasoning.
