Whip Bamboo Shoots and Winter Melon Soup

Ingredients: whip bamboo shoots, winter melon (peeled and seeded, washed and cut open)

Peel and clean the whip bamboo shoots.

Cut into slices on the chopping board.

Next, lower the whipped bamboo shoots into a pot of clean water and boil for 8 minutes.

Then, add the winter melon, stir and bring to a boil.

Finally, add the right amount of soy sauce.
7.
Add the right amount of salt.
8.
Season to mix and serve.
