Whistle Noodles

Five cloves of garlic, cut into pieces.

Peel the yellow radish, wash and cut into small cubes.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into cubes.

In order to prevent the potatoes from oxidizing, soak the diced potatoes in clean water.

Wash tomatoes and cut into pieces.

Finely chop chives.

Chopped coriander.

Heat the oil in the pot, pour in the garlic slices and shallots until fragrant.

When the garlic is fry until golden, add the beef and stir-fry until the color changes and remove.

Heat the remaining oil in the pot, add the yellow radish and potatoes and stir fry. In the meantime, add two tablespoons of sugar and stir fry.

Then pour the beef and stir fry, then pour in the right amount of water and bring to a boil, then turn to a low heat and cook for a quarter of an hour.

Pour the tomatoes and cook for one minute, then stop the heat.

The whistle soup is ready. I don't know how to make hand-rolled noodles, just buy ready-made hand-rolled noodles.

Sprinkle the noodles with chopped shallots and parsley.
