White Cauliflower and Egg Soup

Prepare the ingredients: white cauliflower (buy them, pick the tender ones, soak the old ones and wash them), eggs, and garlic.

Heat the oil in the pan and fry the eggs and add garlic.

Add an appropriate amount of boiling water and cook for 3 minutes.

Add the white cauliflower and cook for 5 minutes.

Just adjust the salt and sugar before starting the pan. (White cauliflower has a bitter taste and a little sugar, so the soup is more delicious)

A bowl of heat-clearing and detoxifying soup is just fine.
