White Fungus and Lotus Seed Soup

Rinse the white fungus with water and then soak it in clean water. I soaked it for five hours.

The lotus seeds were cored and soaked in water. I soaked the lotus seeds and the dried lily together for five hours.

The longer the peach gum is soaked in clear water, the better. This will soak out all the impurities in it. I suggest soaking it overnight in advance and then washing it.

Just prepare one piece of sweet-scented osmanthus brown sugar.

The dried longan is the dried longan I bought and I peeled it myself. You can also buy the finished product, but the finished product must be washed well.

After the white fungus is soaked, cut off the yellow part of the root.
