White Fungus, Red Date and Lotus Seed Soup

Soak the white fungus and red dates with warm water and wash.

Lotus seeds and lilies are also soaked to remove impurities.

Soak the dry white fungus in warm water for 5 to 10 minutes, then put it in a thermos, pour it into boiling water overnight or 12 hours, so that the swelling white fungus will be thoroughly released, the nutrients will be released completely, it will be sticky and taste good.

Pour the white fungus that has been swollen overnight into a casserole, add lotus seeds, red dates, lilies, and rock sugar to a medium-low heat for one hour, then add wolfberry and cook for five minutes to turn off the heat.
Tips:
I used boiled water and white fungus to pour the white fungus into a thermos bottle the night before. After soaking it all night, it is easier to make the white fungus soup.
