1. Soak the white fungus, put it in a pot and cook on high heat.

2. Thirty minutes later, put in the washed fragrant rice and cloudy rice.

3. Cook the porridge over high heat, stir the pot, and prevent it from sticking.

4. Add the pitted red date slices and cook the porridge.

5. Add medlars.

6. Cook porridge over high heat to prevent overflow.
