White Fungus Soup
1.
Soak the peach gum overnight in advance until it becomes soft
2.
Soak the white fungus for about three hours, then remove the roots and tear them into small flowers.
3.
Add water to the pot and put the white fungus to boil first, then simmer for half an hour on low heat, then pour the soaked peach gum, and continue to simmer for half an hour
4.
When the soup becomes viscous, add rock sugar and wolfberry, and stir while boiling for about three minutes. When the rock sugar melts, the soup thickens and turn off the heat!
Tips:
Peach gum contains impurities. After soaking, you must remove the black impurities and wash it several times!
