White Fungus Soup

Soak the white fungus and lily for ten minutes to soften, then wash and cut off the yellow roots of the white fungus.

Soak the white fungus lily in pure water for two hours and then chop the white fungus (the more broken, the better, the higher the rate of gel output).

Put the white fungus, lily, lotus seeds and peanuts into an electric pressure cooker, add purified water and simmer for 40 minutes, then add red dates, wolfberry rock sugar and cook for 5 minutes.
Tips:
Wash and soak the white fungus and lily. Other ingredients do not need to be soaked.
