White Fungus Soup
1.
The steps are really super simple. Soak the fresh white fungus in salt water for half an hour, wash and tear it into small flowers, put it in a saucepan with water and bring it to a boil, and simmer for one hour.
2.
Add yellow rock sugar and washed goji berries, and simmer for half an hour on low heat. If you like desserts, you can add a little more sugar, or you can add a little caramel.
3.
Girls can add dried rose petals and leave them five minutes before the pot starts. I didn't add them here. Okay, let's take a bowl and let it go.
Tips:
I use fresh white fungus, because there may be small bugs, treat it with salt water, if you use dry white fungus, soak it in warm water for 2 hours, and add 2 hours of stewing time.
