White Fungus, Sydney, Mangosteen

Add half a white fungus to soak in water to remove the yellow roots.

Tear the white fungus into small pieces.

Tear the small mangosteen fruit, put it into a residue bag and tie it.

Add about 1500 ml of water to the pot and bring the white fungus to a boil on low heat. In a hurry, you can cook it in a pressure cooker for 5 or 6 minutes, reducing the amount of water.

Simmer the white fungus on a low heat until the gum is formed (about half an hour or 40 minutes), and add the Luo Han Guo Bao.

When Luo Han Guo has been boiled for 10 minutes, start peeling the pears, cut the pear slices, and then put the pear slices in the saucepan.

Cook for 5 minutes and turn off the heat. Add the right amount of wolfberry according to personal preference.
