White Kidney Bean and Lotus Seed Mixed Grain Congee

Soak the lotus seeds and kidney beans in advance. After soaking, break the lotus seeds apart to remove the remaining cores.

Fill out the millet and corn grits.

Bring out brown rice and tartary buckwheat rice.

Add pure water to the pot, add lotus seeds and kidney beans and turn on fire. After the pot is boiled, add the cleaned rice, add a few drops of edible oil (to prevent overflow), boil on a low heat and cook until ripe, without removing the lid in the middle.

Cooked porridge.

Bowl of porridge.
Tips:
After adding the rice to the pot, be sure to cook it on a low heat, without removing the lid in the middle.
The addition of rice can be changed as you like.
