White Kidney Bean Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients: pumpkin, white kidney beans (soaked and washed), sugar

Remove the seeds and wash the pumpkin.

Cut into pieces on the chopping board and set aside.

Put the washed white kidney beans into the pressure cooker and add some clean water.

Then, close the lid and cook for 20 minutes on medium-low heat, then turn off the heat.

Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.
7.
Then, add the cut pumpkin and boil for 6-7 minutes.
8.
Finally, add 6 tablespoons of sugar.
9.
Season to mix well and serve.
