White Radish Beef Porridge

Cut beef into pieces and blanch with ginger and spring onions.

Cut white radish into pieces. Peel and cut broccoli stalks.

Marinate the diced radish and broccoli with salt.

The blanched beef is cleaned, and the glutinous rice is also cleaned.

Put the beef and rice in the pot after boiling water. After the high heat is boiled, turn to a low heat and cook slowly.

It takes about forty minutes to an hour. Ten minutes before the porridge is completely cooked, add the washed diced radish to the boil, turn off the heat, add the chopped coriander, and season with salt.

Tips:
The beef and mutton used to cook the porridge must be blanched after the knife is changed, so that the cooked porridge has no fishy smell and the finished product is also very good-looking.
Broccoli stalk is an ingredient, just use it, it can be replaced with green bamboo shoots.
The white radish needs to be washed after being pickled with salt, so that the radish tastes sweet and does not smell strange.
This kind of meat porridge is usually seasoned with only a moderate amount of salt. If you like, you can use part of the broth instead of water to make it more delicious.
