White Radish Beef Stew

A piece of beef. If it is raw beef, it can be cut into pieces and blanched before use.

Cut the beef into small pieces.

Peel the white radish and cut into small pieces.

Prepare ginger onions, bay leaves, star anise, and cinnamon. Dried peppers.

Heat the pan with oil, add the ingredients, and fry until fragrant.

Add white radish and stir well.

Add warm water, rock sugar, and a little salt to boil.

Tips:
1. The cooked beef is 80% rotten. If it is raw beef prepared by yourself, add the white radish to the stew.
2. The radishes are even in size, and only when they are cooked.
