White Radish Ribs Soup

Put cold water on the ribs in the pot, add two pieces and put them together to blanch;

Boil the ribs for a minute or two and remove them for later use;

Put the blanched ribs and the white radish on the hob into the rice cooker;
4.
Add proper amount of boiling water;
5.
Cover the lid and press the function key of the electric pressure cooker to cook soup;
6.
The soup is ready in 45 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste;
7.
Put it in a small bowl and sprinkle some chopped green onions.
Tips:
Tips: 1. Fry the ribs in a pot under cold water, add two slices of ginger to help remove the fishy, pay attention to remove the ribs while the water is boiling, so as to keep the ribs clean; 2. When boiling the soup, be sure to add enough water at one time , Do not add water in the middle; 3. After boiling the soup, add salt and other seasonings at the end.
