White Radish Rice Porridge with Minced Meat

1. Prepare porridge and rice.

2. Wash the rice once or twice to clean it.

3. Put the rice in the pot and add 4 times the amount of water.

4. Dice the pork and dice the white radish.

5. Chop the green onions.

6. Put a small amount of oil in the pan, add green onions and fry until fragrant, add minced pork and fry until fragrant, then add white radish and fry.

7. Pour in boiling water and simmer on low heat, then boil the water in the pot and add salt to taste.

8. Put the cooked rice into a bowl and add the fried minced meat.
