White Toast

Knead the dough until it is smooth, add butter, and continue to knead

Until the dough reaches the expansion stage

Start the fermentation process and make the dough twice as big

Take out the dough and let it rest for ten minutes

Divide into three equal parts, roll them into toast molds, start the second fermentation process

When the fermentation is about eighth full, preheat the oven and bake at 150°C for 30 minutes.

Take it out immediately after baking, and release it from the mold, and let it cool thoroughly
