White Toast

Put all the main ingredients into a large bowl.

Knead into dough.

Then put the dough into the bread machine to start a kneading program, add butter after the dough is smooth, and continue to start the kneading program.

Until the dough reaches the expansion stage.

Round the dough and start the fermentation process, about two hours or so, until the dough is twice as large.

Take out the dough and let it ventilate for ten minutes.

Divide into two equal parts.

Roll the dough into a beef tongue shape and roll it up, put it in a toast bucket, and start the secondary fermentation process.

Ferment to 80% full, preheat the oven at 170°C for 25 minutes, just to color.

Tips:
I have reduced the powdered sugar very little. Those who like sugar can increase it.
