Whitebait Custard

Knock the eggs into a bowl and beat until bubbles.

Put the whitebait into the beaten eggs, then add water to 3 cm from the mouth of the bowl, add the seasoning, stir well and set aside.

Add water to the steamer and put the bowl into the steamer. Bring to a boil, steam for 5 minutes, then turn to low heat and steam for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat.
