Whitebait Run Egg

After the whitebait is naturally thawed with clean water, wash and drain the water

Beat the egg mixture first and then pour the chopped green onion.

Pour the whitebait, add a few drops of white wine, 2.5 grams of salt, 2 grams of mushroom essence, and mix well.

Pour oil in the pot. Whitebait ran egg oil needs more oil.
