Let's make a porridge with sea cucumber. The sea cucumber itself has no taste. Add a bit of dried whitebait to give the porridge a little bit of seafood.
The lazy rice cooker version uses the default time directly. Later, I remembered that millet does not need to be cooked for an hour and a half, and the boiling time should be set. Uncover halfway through, the millet porridge has already been boiled, just drop the sea cucumber and cook for another 10 minutes, then turn off the machine.
Melting millet porridge, crispy sea cucumber, and the fragrance of a handful of green onions, it feels good. . . "
