Whitebait Steamed Egg

Whitebait thawed

Pinch off the head of the whitebait, pull out the intestines, clean, add cooking wine, salt and marinate for 10 minutes

2 eggs

Add salt, stir up the cooking wine

Add 1.5 times warm water and skim the bubbles

Boil water in a pot, add the prepared eggs, cover with a plate or cover with plastic wrap, and steam for 10 minutes on high heat

After 10 minutes, the top is solidified, add the marinated whitebait and steam for 3 minutes

Sprinkle with chopped green onion

Steamed eggs should not be outdated, the steamed eggs will be old and taste bad after time has passed
