Whitebait Steamed Egg

Clean the whitebait and soak in cold water.

Beat the eggs into a bowl and add salt.
3.
Stir with chopsticks until there are no lumps of egg white.
4.
Pour in boiling water and stir into an egg flower shape.
5.
Pour into the whitebait.
6.
Put it in a steamer (the porcelain bowl is high, replace it with a glass bowl).
7.
Boil the water for 15 minutes, or put it in a rice cooker, the rice is cooked and steamed egg is finished.

Add oyster sauce and sesame oil.

Tips:
1. Whitebait needs to be soaked in cold water beforehand, otherwise the whitebait will be too hard.
2. The whitebait is soaked in cold water, not hot water, to avoid nutrient loss and maintain the fresh flavor.
