Whitebait with Pickled Cabbage
1.
Wash and drain the whitebait, add cooking wine, salt, five-spice powder, and marinate for 20 minutes

Stir fry with shallot, ginger and garlic
3.
Pour the whitebait and stir fry
4.
Stir-fry until 5 mature, pour in the pickled vegetables and stir fry (I use the stems of pickled vegetables)
5.
Add sugar and stir-fry, out of the pan
