Who Will Go to India After Learning this Bowl of Curry Golden Fried Rice?

Prepare ingredients.

Dice mushrooms.

Dice the ham.

It is the season when the pineapple is ripe, so I cut a slice of pineapple, if not, I can replace it with carrots or some seasonal vegetables.

Curry cubes are chopped up, if it comes directly from curry powder, ignore this step.
