Whole Tomato Rice (rice Cooker Lazy Stewed Rice)

Wash the white rice, add an appropriate amount of water (a little less than usual for cooking rice, because the vegetables will stuffy water), black pepper powder, olive oil, and stir well.

Wash the tomatoes, hit a cross knife on the top of the head, and place it in the middle of the white rice.

Dice carrots, shiitake mushrooms, and sausages, place all the side dishes around the tomatoes, cover the pot, and turn on the heat.

Beat an egg before it comes out of the pan, sprinkle with chopped green onion, drizzle with soy sauce, cover and simmer for another minute until it is simmered as shown in the picture. It can't be longer, trust me.

After one minute, remove the lid and mix. Crush the tomatoes and mix the eggs. The egg mixture will be cooked into egg flowers while loosening. After mixing well, you can enjoy it~
