Whole Wheat Black Sesame French Balls

Knead as you like, just knead the dough into a smooth dough

Put it in a container, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight

Take it out the next morning and warm it up, press and exhaust lightly, divide it into 6-7 small doughs, round them, and ferment to about twice the size.

Sprinkle a thin layer of flour on the fermented dough. Use a blade to cut out the deeper one. The butter does not need to be softened, just cut into strips and put on top.

Preheat the oven up and down to 200 degrees, bake it for about 15-18 minutes, and you can take it out after the surface is colored. Remember to observe it in the last few minutes~

This time I used Toshiba Steam Oven 7200. The invisible heating tube design is very evenly colored, which is very satisfactory. I finally don’t have to worry about getting my hands burned in the future.
