Whole Wheat Bread

Pour whole wheat flour, eggs, yeast, and olive oil into a basin and mix. Heat the milk slightly. Pour into the basin in batches and stir while pouring.

Knead into a non-sticky dough.

Cover with plastic wrap and let it stand for an hour and a half to ferment to double its size.

Knead after fermentation, knead out the bubbles, add walnuts, and knead into the dough.

Pat a small amount of water on the surface of the dough, stick oatmeal on it, put it in a rice cooker and cover it for second fermentation.

After one hour of fermentation, the dough will rise again to double its size.
