Whole Wheat Buns

Mix 25g whole wheat flour, 35g medium flour, 0.8g yeast, and 50g water, cover with plastic wrap and ferment at low temperature overnight.

Add the remaining ingredients and knead until smooth.

Divide into 5 equal portions, put in the steaming grid, and allow for 20 minutes. Put the pot on high heat and steam, and steam for 8 minutes after the water boils. Remove the lid of the pot 5 minutes after turning off the heat.
