Whole Wheat Dried Fruit Bread

All materials except dried fruits, including noodles, milk, eggs, oil, salt, and sugar, are kneaded into a smooth dough.

Prepare black and white sesame seeds, melon seeds, etc.

Prepare pecans, cashews, almonds, etc. to be roasted and chopped.

Knead into a smooth dough.

Cover with plastic wrap and leave it for 30 minutes at room temperature. The noodles are a little bit fluffy but do not need to be one and a half times as big.

Divide into three doughs, cover with plastic wrap and wake for 15 minutes.

Knead it into an olive shape, or a shape you like.

Put it in the oven to ferment, put the middle layer on the tray, and put warm water about 30 to 35 degrees below.
