Whole Wheat Flour Bean Cake

All the whole wheat flour used has small bran particles in it, which is a low-gluten flour and is very suitable for staple foods such as steamed bread and cakes.

Melting Yeast in Warm Water

I use the red kidney bean filling I made myself. The red kidney beans are cooked in a pressure cooker. After adding sugar, they are crushed into a puree. Finally, the dough is formed into small balls. The size depends on your personal technique and hobbies. You can make more of them and store them in the freezer. Just take it, warm it up

Tips:
Don't let the dough become hard, it won't taste soft. I put about 270 grams of warm water in 400 grams of flour, and I can add a little more.
