I bought some whole-wheat flour to make bread. Whole-wheat flour uses all the tissues of wheat to grind and process flour, which contains all the nutrients of wheat grains. Whole Wheat Nut Bread

1. Milk, eggs, whipped cream, sugar, pour into the bread bucket

2. Pour in bread flour and whole wheat flour, then add yeast

3. The bread bucket is fixed to the bread machine, and the kneading program is started for the first kneading

4. Put butter in the first kneading process, then kneading again, and leave the mixed dough

5. The dough grows to 2.5 times the size

6. Take out the dough, divide into two doses, let stand for 15 minutes to exhaust

7. Roll out the dough into the shape shown in the picture, with the edges slightly thinner

8. Sprinkle with raisins and sunflower kernels

9. Roll up from one end

10. Be sure to squeeze the interface tightly

11. Put it in the baking tray for secondary fermentation

12. Sift the bread dough with whole wheat flour, use a razor blade to make a pattern you like, put it in a preheated oven at 175 degrees and bake for 30 minutes
