Whole Wheat Walnut Grape Bread

Prepare all materials.

Put the high-flour 175G whole wheat flour 75G icing sugar 20G 160G into a large bowl and stir into the picture, cover the lid, put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, or longer, it will help the bread film --- Is the "immersion method"

Dry the grapes and soak them for later use.

Pour the soaked raisins, chopped walnuts, and yeast into the large bowl shown in Figure 2 and knead until the film comes out.

Put the lid in the refrigerator overnight for refrigerated fermentation to double its size.

Divide the fermented dough into 3 equal parts and let them rest for 15 minutes.

Shape it into an olive shape and arrange it into a baking tray for secondary fermentation.

Proof again to double the size, use a sharp knife to make a knife in the middle of the bread dough, and wake up for 15 minutes.
9.
Put it in a preheated oven, 180 degrees, up and down, roast the middle layer for 10 minutes, and the middle and lower layer for 5 minutes.
