Wild Onion Egg Roll

A handful of wild onions.

Pick and wash.
3.
Take a few scallions and cut them into chopped green onions.
4.
Two eggs smashed.
5.
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.

Add chopped green onion.
7.
Mix gently.
8.
Pour a little oil in a non-stick pan into the egg liquid.
9.
Fry on low heat until the egg liquid is solidified.
10.
Flip and fry the other side.
11.
Roll up the egg pie.
