#春食野菜香# Wild Onion Rice Crackers

Wash wild onions.

Cut into small pieces.

Mix two kinds of rice noodles (I like to add some sticky rice to glutinous rice. If there is no sticky rice, just use glutinous rice). Add salt and sugar.

Add boiling water and stir with chopsticks. (You can add a little less boiling water first, and then add it later depending on the situation.)

Add the chopped wild onions.

Knead into a moderately firm mass, add a little salad oil in the later stage of kneading, it will be less sticky and easier to handle.

Make them into pie.

Put a small amount of oil in a non-stick pan and fry until both sides are slightly yellow and crispy and serve while hot.
