Wild Shrimp Skin Loofah Soup

Wash the tomatoes, slice them, and prepare the shrimp skins.

Scrape the skin of the loofah and wash it and cut it into slices. Slice ginger and garlic, chopped green onion and set aside.

Heat the wok, pour in a little cooking oil, add ginger and garlic slices and fry until fragrant.

Pour a large bowl of water to boil and add the loofah to boil.

Add salt and beef powder, and add a little cooking wine.

Add shrimp skins and cook.

Add the tomatoes and boil.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion before cooking.
Tips:
If there is no beef powder, leave it alone, or use chicken essence instead.
